Eligibility: Award nominees must be employed by an institution or organization (including the network known as “Onenet”) within or under the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education as of January 1, 2016. Individual nominees must be employed in an IT or related staff position within the organization. Award categories that allow IT entire departments to be nominated must reside under the highest ranking campus IT officer (e.g. CoIT member).
Entry Period: April 1 – May 2, 2016
Award Date: May 19, 2016 IT Summit
Entry Materials: Nominations may or may not be made public. Nominations are not anonymous. Nominations in at least one category per entry are required. Only one nomination entry per individual user is allowed (a user may make one nomination in each award category). Duplicate nominations are not allowed and will not increase the chances of being selected.
Authority: The CoIT nomination and awards committee reserves the right to establish, modify, and administer all aspects of the nomination and award process.
Prizes: No cash value or other tangible asset prizes will be awarded. The value of the awards are intangible benefits of recognition among higher education IT peers and the prestige of inspiring others. Recipients are encouraged to be present at the 2016 IT Summit for CoIT awards presentation.
